Information about the Service
Wide Networks internet is a highspeed Fixed Wireless Home Broadband service that is only available in Whyalla and Mount Gambier. 

Service Availability and Requirements

Minimum Term
You may choose from 12 months, 24 months or 36 months contract terms. The longer contracts provide significant savings in installation costs (see Installation and Activation Fees below).

Wide Networks offers the following internet plans:

Starter, Everyday, Entertainment
Contract Length    12, 24 or 36 months.

No Excess Usage 
Wide Networks Home plans include unlimited data so there are no excess usage charges or shaping (slowing) of speeds.

Installation and Activation Fees 
In addition to the selected plan’s monthly charge customers will be invoiced the following installation fee, either in full or monthly, according to the selected contract term and payment method chosen. The longer contracts provide significant savings on these installation costs.

Non-Standard Installations
On occasion, some site will present a higher degree of difficulty and complexity to install the service and may require additional equipment not covered by the installation fees. 

Important Service Condition
On the termination of any contract the installed antenna and mount remains the property of Wide Networks however the customer retains ownership of the supplied router. 

Early Cancellation Fees
Early cancellation of contract term will attract a pro-rata payout on the balance of the contract terms. Any outstanding costs related to the build installation and the provision of your service will be payable in full on cancellation of the account.
