Our History

Wide Networks began in 2019 as a joint initiative with the South Australian government and MIMP Connecting Solutions, supported by the City of Mount Gambier and the Whyalla City Council, to bring affordable GigCity High-Speed Internet to the cities of Adelaide, Mount Gambier, and Whyalla.

Wide Networks now also offers business and residential internet services, with broadband speeds up to 1gbps, for areas where the GigCity service is not available in Mount Gambier and Whyalla.
